Shipping Policy
A large range of our items are handmade and made to order, so please bear in mind your order may take a little longer than with off the rack fashion stores. On average it takes 14 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but ranges from 4-14 days.
The COVID-19 pandemic may cause unexpected shipping delays, but currently we are not experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Returns Policy
14 DAY RETURNS POLICY
We are pleased to be able to offer a 14 day returns policy from receipt of your delivery. The item must be returned undamaged, and with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that you wish to return the item. Our policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
